In re
James Whelan. deceased. Horse Cove Jan. 6th. 1919. Know all men Present that
i James Whelan of Horse Cove been sick of Body but of sound mind and understanding
do make my last will and testament i leave my bequest to my beloved son
William Whelan and if death should come to him it is to be made to equil
shares to my two daughters Margaret Whelan and Elizabeth Whelan And
my beloved wife Ann Mary Whelan is to have and to hold possession of all
my property and it she should change her name she has nothing more to say
or do with my property. But my Father in Law Stephen Cadigan is to
be looked after until they day of his death and if my beloved wife need
is she can sell 3 acres of wood land to help to support they children
this is to be my last will and testament witness my hand this Seventh day
of January one thousand nine hundred and nineteen )1919(
