Will of James Chadder of St. John's
In re    
 James Chadder  deceased

 This is the last will and testament of me James Chadder of Harvey Rd. St. John's Nfld.  I hereby revoke all wills and testament any instruments heretofore by me made.  I appoint George S. Witten of the South side St. John's Nf.  and Head Constable O'Brien of Carnell St. St. John's Nfld.  to be the executors of this my will.  I direct my executors to pay my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses.  I give and bequeath to my wife Jennie the whole of my household effects, and the half of all properties and monies owned by me, the other half I bequeath to my daughter, Cordelia Annie Townsend residing in London when last heard of.
