Will of David Healey of Mobile
In re                  
David Healey.  deceased.

Mobile April 16th 1919.  I David Heally of Mobile in the District of Ferryland in this my last will and testament distribute the sum of six hundred dollars $600.00.  Deposited in the Bank of Montreal St. John's Newfoundland Savings Bank department to and for the under mentioned purposes   Two hundred and fifty dollars $250.00 to Rev. C. A. McCarthy for masses for David Ellan John Catherine Bridget Sarah James Jane and John Heally and Bridget Carew.  And to James Rielly one hundred dollars $100.00.  To Patrick Reilly one hundred dollars $100.00.  To Mary Nagle fifty dollars $50.00.  To Catherine Rosater fifty dollars $50.00.  And to Mobile R. C. Church fifty dollars $50.00.  And to James Hutchings that piece of land in river bed of Mobile bounded on the West by land of Peter Hartwell on the North by land of James Heally on the East by land of James Kennedy on the South by road leading to Peter Hartwells property.  And to Veronica Hutchings that piece of land on the North Shore bounded on the North and East by land of Thomas Fitzgerald on the South by local road and on the West by road leading to Thomas Fitzgerald's property.  David Heally X his mark.  Witness John Fitzgerald.  David Kennedy.
