In re
Nathaniel Hibbs deceased This is the last Will and Testament of me, Nathaniel Hibbs of Protestant Town, near Portugal Cove Farmer. 1. I give, devise and bequeath to my son Alfred Hibbs, of Protestant Town aforesaid all my property of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate of which I may die possessed , save as hereinafter provided. 2. I give, devise and bequeath to my two grandchildren Elizabeth and Hazel Hibbs, children of my late son John Frederick, that piece of land formerly the property of William Campbell of Saint John's Butcher, situate {on the north side of the road leading to Greeley's property, consisting of about two acres, share and share alike. 3. I appoint William Hibbs of Portugal Cove, Fisherman, executor of this my last will. Dated at Saint John's Newfoundland, this 24th day of August, Anno Domini One thousand Nine Hundred and Sixteen. Nathaniel Hibbs X his mark.
