In re
Henry Shea deceased This is the Last Will of me Henry Shea of St. John's, Physician
and Surgeon. I bequeath to my sister Isabella Langrishe Shea now
of Nazareth House Isleworth, England, an annuity of Two Hundred Dollars
per year, payable quarterly, during her life. I bequeath to my Executor
hereinafter named the sum of One Hundred Dollars upon trust for the Men's
St. Vincent De Paul Society, the Ladies St. Vincent De Paul Society and
the Dorcas Society in equal shares, the said money to be applied by the
said Societies for the benefit of the poor. I bequeath to my son,
Major Henry F. Shea of the Royal Army Medical Corps the sum of Two Thousand
Dollars payable to him after the death of my sister Isabella Langrishe
Shea. I devise and bequeath all the residue of my Estate and effects
unto and to the use of my daughter Mary Outerbridge. I appoint my
son-in-law Norman A. Outerbridge of St. John's Executor of this my will.
I revoke all wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand at St. John's this 18 day
of February A.D. 1915 -Henry Shea- Signed by the
said Henry Shea as his last will in the presence of us who in his presence,
at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed
our names as witnesses: Annie Murphy
