This is the last will and testament of me John Donnelly of St. John's Newfoundland.  I give and bequeath to my dear wife Anna, all my property and estate of every kind and description, and I hereby appoint her sole Executrix of this my will  Dated at St. John's, this 15th day of September A. D. 1917  -John Donnelly-  Signed by the said Testator at his last will in the presence of us, both present at the same time, who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto signed our names as witnesses
